B2B HUMAN RESOURCES is recruiting an Account Executive for an energy provision company, for its office located in Fuengirola, Malaga. The core values of the Scandinavian company, include commitment to excellent customer service, and care for the environment, which is why they only sell renewable energy.
- Management of key accounts in Málaga and surrounds.
- Development of the sales strategy plan.
- Coordination and programming of visits for product presentation.
- Preparation of budgets and advice for potential clients.
- Negotiation and closing of business agreements.
- Monitoring and growth of accounts, as well as customer loyalty.
- Annual and monthly sales forecasting.
- Achievement of sales objectives also in relation to commercial KPIs.
- Carrying out of market studies.
- Identification of new business and growth opportunities.
- Activity reporting to the company.
- Attendance at industry events.
REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION
- Minimum Studies: Honours Degree qualification in Commerce and Marketing or similar.
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience as Key Account Manager.
- Essential experience and knowledge in the Energy sector.
- Personal client portfolio.
- B2B experience.
- English (High Level), other languages will be useful.
- A business profile aimed at achieving and exceeding objectives.
- Negotiation and sales skills.
- Strategic orientation.
- Initiative and proactivity.
- Committment and enthusiasm person.
- Full time Spanish labour contract.
- Starting salary: € 25.000 – € 30.000 per year + Attractive incentive package.
