LUXURY RENTAL RECEPTIONIST

B2B RECURSOS HUMANOS is currently selecting a LUXURY RENTAL RECEPTIONIST for a consolidated Business Group dedicated to Tourism, Short-Term Rentals, and Flexible Accommodations in Málaga.

The selected candidate will act as the main liaison between the company and its guests, ensuring a 5-star experience from the initial contact through platforms such as Marriott Homes & Villas, Airbnb, Vrbo, and direct corporate bookings.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

· Provide exceptional support to guests during their entire stay via WhatsApp, email, and phone.
· Build and maintain long-term relationships with guests.
· Ensure smooth and efficient communication with all departments and management.
· Be instantly available to respond promptly to all messages, calls, and inquiries throughout the day.
· Register all OTA bookings, direct reservations, and agent leads into the PMS, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
· Address guest inquiries and create personalized luxury experiences to convert inquiries into bookings.
· Track and update leads across all platforms, keeping PMS information up to date.
· Coordinate with the admin team the full booking process: from contracts to payment and deposit returns.
· Prepare and send daily and weekly booking reports, managing owner approvals when needed.


REQUIREMENTS

· Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Vocational Training in Hospitality and Tourism or similar.
· Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar front-desk or guest-facing role.
· Training as a receptionist is a plus.
· Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
· Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish (mandatory). Third language such as Dutch, German or French is a valuable asset.
· Understanding of Luxury Travel expectations and clientele.
· Positive attitude, willing to help with energy and initiative.
· Excellent written and verbal communication, adaptable to different guests and contexts.
· Able to multitask while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
· Efficient, precise, and quality-driven character.
· Ability to self-manage schedules while following procedures and standards.
· Entrepreneurial spirit: ready to take on a variety of tasks.
· Friendly and polished approach in all guest interactions.
· Excellent typing and tech skills.
· Strong knowledge of OTAs, PMS systems, and data tools.
· Impeccable work ethic and integrity.
· Organizational and time management capabilities.
· Strong sales and customer service orientation.
· Deep understanding of luxury hospitality culture and concierge-level service.
· Proficiency in WhatsApp, email, phone communication, and PMS tools.
· Familiarity with Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, and other platforms.
