LUXURY RENTAL RECEPCIONIST REF: B2B1151

For a consolidated Business Group dedicated to providing services related to Tourism, short-term rentals, and flexible accommodations.
The selected candidate will be the main liaison between the company and its guests, using platforms such as Marriott Homes & Villas, Airbnb, Vrbo, and corporate clients. Their mission will be to ensure every guest enjoys a 5-star experience from the first contact.

JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Provide exceptional support to guests throughout their stay, acting as the main point of contact via WhatsApp, email, and phone.
  • Build long-term relationships with guests.
  • Ensure efficient and effective communication flow with other departments and management.
  • Respond promptly to all chats, calls, emails, and inquiries across all platforms during the day.
  • Enter OTAs, direct bookings, and agent leads into the PMS, maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Address guest queries and ensure a unique stay experience, converting qualified inquiries into bookings and engaged customers.
  • Track OTA, direct, and agent leads, updating the PMS as required.
  • Coordinate with the administrative team the entire booking process, from contract to deposit return.
  • Generate and send daily and weekly owner booking reports, obtaining approvals as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Studies: Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Training Cycle in Hospitality and Tourism or similar.
  • Experience: At least 5 years in a receptionist or similar role.
  • Specific receptionist training is a plus.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and diverse interests.
  • Languages: Fluent English and Spanish are essential. A third language, such as Dutch, German, or French, is highly valued.
  • Understanding of luxury travel and travelers.
  • Positive, helpful attitude with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, maintain attention to detail, and meet deadlines.
  • Warm, friendly, and efficient character with a commitment to excellence.
  • Independent in managing schedules while adhering to management guidelines and standards.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, willing to take on various tasks.
