B2B RECURSOS HUMANOS is seeking a Controller & Administration for a well-established Business Group that is reshaping the future of the accommodation industry with a passion for hospitality and innovation within an excellence environment.



  • Dive deep into the financial intricacies of the company group to identify efficiency and control opportunities.
  • Optimize and automatize current control and reporting tools, monitoring and analysing margins, profitability and deviations by company.
  • Preparation and review of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting.
  • Analyze financial data, performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify deviations of monthly General & Administration data with respect to budget/forecast; and to provide insights and recommendations to management for improving financial performance and decisionmaking by company group.
  • Examine financial data with a magnifying glass, providing strategic financial guidance to the Group CEO.
  • Oversee the archiving process and management of documentation related to partners, properties, translations, etc.
  • Implement a controlling culture within the organization by appliying a periodic reporting system of information and KPIs, defining the indicators for monitoring the activity and controlling its application.
  • Provide support to management on reporting, preparation of presentations, and sales reviews.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the departments in the preparation of performance reports, monthly closings, budget/forecast, using the intranet and other IT tools.
  • Assist the business development funtions and legal tasks by covering general jobs related to due diligence, claims and reporting of legal issues.
  • Office management and administration responsibilities such as relationships with suppliers, partners,
  • VIPs, and other company related contacts (mailing, reports preparation…); invoicing; travel coordination (events support, ticketing…); HR (onboarding, payroll…); etc

  • Previous experience in an controler/administrative role.
  • Fluent in English is a plus.
  • Impecable work ethics, loyal and entrepreneurial attitude.
  • A passion for financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting with an eye for the finest details.
  • Extremely proficient and savvy with IT tools, Microsoft Office pack… Power BI knowledge is a plus.
  • Proactive with a ‘can-do’ attitude, collaborative, resolute, creative, and highly motivated person.
  • The position requires an analytical, organized, methodical and independent person, with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients an suppliers and to interact professionally with a diverse group of people.
  • Able to handle a fast-paced, sometimes pressured office environment.
  • Organized, methodical and focused on work efficiency.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, establishing and maintaining effective communication with colleagues.
  • Orientation to internal clients.
  • Experience in hospitality, facility management, or customer service is a plus.
